How Krevio handles your data.

Plain language, not legal fog. Krevio collects only what's needed to deliver the service, processes it through trusted providers, and never sells your information to anyone.

What we collect

When you interact with Krevio or a Krevio-built website, we may collect:

• Contact form submissions: name, email, phone number, business type, and your message.
• Chat conversations: the text you type into any AI chatbot on a Krevio site.
• Voice input: if you use the voice feature, your speech is processed in-browser for transcription. We do not store audio recordings.
• Basic analytics: page views, device type, and general location (city-level). No fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking.

How we process it

• AI conversations are processed through the Google Gemini API (generative language model). Under Google's API terms of service, your conversation data is not used to train Google's models. Krevio uses the paid API tier, not the free consumer product.
• Voice responses are generated by Google Cloud Text-to-Speech under the same API terms.
• Email notifications (when a lead submits a form) are sent via Resend, a transactional email service. Resend processes only the sender/recipient addresses and message content needed for delivery.
• Conversation logs may be stored in Supabase (hosted PostgreSQL) for service improvement and lead tracking. Logs include the conversation text and a session identifier — no passwords, no payment data.

What we never do

• Sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
• Use your data for advertising or ad targeting.
• Store credit card numbers, Social Security numbers, or government IDs.
• Share your conversation content with anyone other than the business owner whose site you're interacting with.

For business owners (Krevio customers)

When Krevio builds and manages your website, leads captured through your site belong to you. If you cancel your Krevio service, you retain ownership of your website code, your lead data, and your content. We will provide an export of your data upon request.

Data retention

Contact form submissions and conversation logs are retained for the duration of your service agreement plus 90 days. After that, data is deleted unless you request an export. Demo site conversations (on krevio.net industry demos) are retained for up to 30 days for quality monitoring, then automatically purged.

Your rights

You can request at any time:

• Access: a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Deletion: removal of your data from our systems.
• Correction: updates to inaccurate information.

Cookies

Krevio sites use only essential cookies (theme preference, language selection). We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the date below and note what changed. We won't reduce your rights under this policy without giving you notice.
